Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any PullAPI application programming interface ("API"), whether directly or through the RapidAPI marketplace, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the API on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that organization.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use PullAPI services. By using the API, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of PullAPI services. Your continued use of the API following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

PullAPI provides web data collection APIs that retrieve publicly available information from third-party websites and return it as structured JSON. PullAPI acts as a data intermediary -- it does not own, host, or originate the underlying data. The data is collected in real time from publicly accessible web pages at the moment of your API request.

PullAPI offers multiple API products, each targeting a specific platform or data source (e.g., real estate listings, business information, public profiles). Each product is available as a separate listing on the RapidAPI marketplace with its own pricing, rate limits, and endpoint documentation.

PullAPI does not guarantee that any particular data field, endpoint, or platform will remain available. Third-party websites may change their structure, implement access restrictions, or remove content at any time without notice.

3. RapidAPI Relationship

PullAPI services are distributed through the RapidAPI marketplace. All billing, payment processing, authentication, subscription management, and rate limiting are handled by RapidAPI. By using PullAPI, you are also subject to RapidAPI's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

PullAPI is not responsible for:

  • The availability, uptime, or performance of the RapidAPI platform;
  • Billing disputes, payment failures, or subscription management issues;
  • Authentication errors or API key management on the RapidAPI side;
  • Any changes to RapidAPI's pricing structure, policies, or marketplace terms.

For billing inquiries or subscription management, please contact RapidAPI directly. For questions about PullAPI's data, endpoints, or technical functionality, contact PullAPI at the address listed in Section 15.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of PullAPI is governed by the PullAPI Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited activities, including but not limited to scraping for harassment, unauthorized data aggregation for discriminatory purposes, and activities that violate applicable law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of PullAPI services and the data obtained through them complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, and similar legislation), computer fraud and abuse statutes, and the terms of service of the underlying data sources.

PullAPI provides the technical means to access publicly available data. PullAPI does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that any particular use of the data is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Data Ownership & Licensing

5.1 Third-Party Data

Data returned by PullAPI originates from publicly accessible third-party websites. PullAPI does not claim ownership of any third-party data delivered through the API. Ownership of such data, if any, remains with the respective third-party sources or their users.

5.2 License Grant to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PullAPI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use data retrieved through the API solely for your lawful internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw API access or API credentials to third parties;
  • Offer a competing data collection service that merely wraps or proxies PullAPI endpoints;
  • Systematically archive or cache data in a manner intended to replicate or substitute for the API service itself.

For clarity, you may use data obtained through PullAPI as an input to your own products, analyses, applications, and services, provided such use complies with applicable law.

5.3 PullAPI Technology

PullAPI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its API technology, infrastructure, software, documentation, and any proprietary methods used to collect, process, and deliver data. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to PullAPI's underlying technology.

6. Intellectual Property

The PullAPI name, logo, branding, website content, documentation, API design, endpoint structure, and all related technology and materials are the exclusive property of PullAPI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of PullAPI's technology;
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on PullAPI's software, documentation, or API design;
  • Use PullAPI's name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent;
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on PullAPI materials.

7. Service Availability

PullAPI services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While PullAPI makes reasonable efforts to maintain high uptime and data quality, PullAPI does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation of the API.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Target websites may change their structure, content, or access policies at any time, which may cause temporary or permanent disruption to specific endpoints;
  • Target websites may implement anti-scraping measures that block or degrade data collection;
  • Data accuracy, completeness, and freshness depend on the state of the source website at the time of the request and are outside PullAPI's control;
  • PullAPI may need to perform maintenance, updates, or infrastructure changes that temporarily affect availability;
  • Certain endpoints or entire platform scrapers may be deprecated or removed if the underlying data source becomes permanently inaccessible.

Failed API requests that return an error response do not consume credits. You are only charged for requests that successfully return data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PULLAPI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PULLAPI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE API WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE API WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE API WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE; (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE API WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (E) THE API IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

DATA IS PROVIDED AS-IS DIRECTLY FROM THIRD-PARTY SOURCE WEBSITES. PULLAPI DOES NOT INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY DATA RETURNED BY THE API. YOU RELY ON SUCH DATA ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PullAPI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the API, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if PullAPI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.2 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PullAPI's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the API shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to PullAPI through RapidAPI during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Applicability

The limitations and exclusions in this section apply regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory, and regardless of whether PullAPI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, PullAPI's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PullAPI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of PullAPI services or any data obtained through the API;
  • Your violation of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law or regulation;
  • Your violation or alleged violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights;
  • Any content, product, or service that you develop, offer, or distribute using data obtained from PullAPI.

PullAPI reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify PullAPI, and you agree to cooperate with PullAPI's defense of such claims.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension or Termination by PullAPI

PullAPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the API at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Engagement in illegal activity or use of the API for unlawful purposes;
  • Conduct that harms or threatens to harm PullAPI's systems, infrastructure, reputation, or other users;
  • Non-payment or fraudulent payment through RapidAPI;
  • Requests from law enforcement or government agencies.

11.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of PullAPI at any time by unsubscribing from PullAPI products on the RapidAPI marketplace and ceasing all use of the API.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the API ceases immediately. The following sections survive termination: Data Ownership & Licensing (Section 5), Intellectual Property (Section 6), Disclaimer of Warranties (Section 8), Limitation of Liability (Section 9), Indemnification (Section 10), Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Section 13), and General Provisions (Section 14).

12. Modifications to Terms

PullAPI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, post a notice on the PullAPI website.

Your continued use of the API after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using PullAPI services immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning) may be made without notice.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the use of PullAPI services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or PullAPI services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13.3 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting PullAPI at legal@pullapi.com. The parties shall make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of the initial written notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved within this period, either party may proceed with formal legal action as described above.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against PullAPI.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and PullAPI regarding the use of PullAPI services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14.3 Waiver

The failure of PullAPI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any provision shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PullAPI.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without PullAPI's prior written consent. PullAPI may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

14.5 Force Majeure

PullAPI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or actions taken by third-party websites to restrict data access.
